Nancy Coppola

Nancy W. Coppola is professor of English and founding director of the Master of Science in Professional and Technical Communication at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

She plays a leadership role in most technical communication professional societies and publishes and presents research on program assessment and on communication in technology transfer and innovation. She writes here to connect with program students beyond individual courses and with the larger intellectual community engaged in technical communication.
